What is included in the rental fee?
Included in the base rent payment are rent, trash, and refuge. Utilities, including gas, electric, water, sewage, and cable are separate.
What type of amenities do you have?
Castle Ridge offers a wide range of amenities for our residents. Provided for your enjoyment are a fitness center, a tropical tanning bed, and a heated swimming pool. We also have a clubhouse with a media center featuring a free wifi hotspot and a full kitchen as well as a separate business center with a meeting room.
What are the apartment amenities?
Our apartments feature spacious floor plans with accompanying kitchens. Relax on your private patio or balcony.
What leasing options do you provide?
We offer two types of leases at Castle Ridge. We have a standard 0ne-year lease, as well as our short-term, six-month lease for an extra $75 a month.
What is the security deposit?
The security deposit is $99. This is not due until the day you move in to your new home.
Do you allow pets?
Castle Ridge is a pet-friendly community with no size or breed restrictions. The pet fee is $40 per month per pet. A pet deposit is not required.
Is there extra storage?
Don’t want to store all of your holiday decorations or luggage in your apartment? No problem! Storage lockers are available.
Are there laundry facilities?
Castle Ridge has a full-size washer and dryer in each unit.
How can I pay rent?
Rent is due on the first of every month. Residents may pay with a check or money order.
